Erin Clifford, JD, MA, LPC, NBC-HWC, is dedicated to helping professionals achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives. With expertise in diet, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle management, she empowers clients to live more balanced lives. Erin is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois, a National Certified Counselor, and holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, she brings advanced skills in wellness coaching.
