About Erin Clifford

Erin Clifford helps professionals develop healthy lifestyles for a more fulfilling existence. Her wellness coaching, seminars, and programs are built on a holistic approach that includes nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, mindfulness, healthy relationships, career goals, and mental health. Erin has trained with some of the world’s top nutrition, diet, exercise, and wellness experts. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois and a National Certified Counselor. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, Erin brings a unique blend of mental health expertise and practical wellness strategies to her work. Additionally, as a Managing Director at Clifford Law Offices, she deeply understands the challenges professionals face, allowing her to create tailored programs and coaching for people in the corporate world.
