About Erin Clifford

Erin Clifford helps professionals develop healthy lifestyles for a more fulfilling existence. Erin has trained with some of the world’s top nutrition, diet, exercise, and wellness experts. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois and a National Certified Counselor. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, Erin brings a unique blend of mental health expertise and practical wellness strategies to her work. Additionally, as a Managing Director at Clifford Law Offices, she deeply understands the challenges professionals face, allowing her to create tailored programs and coaching for people in the corporate world.
